Authorized account holders can request deletion of data stored by HaloCrystal.
Email [email protected] with the subject HaloCrystal Data Deletion Request.
Include the authorized account identifier or username, the email address used for the business relationship, and enough information for us to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
We will verify the request, remove data that is no longer required, and confirm completion. Requests are typically handled within 30 days, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and record-retention obligations.
You may also revoke HaloCrystal's platform authorization through the account or platform controls provided by the relevant platform. Revocation prevents future authorized API access but may not by itself delete data already stored by HaloCrystal, so use the deletion process above if you also want stored data removed.
